Uganda
Uganda’s leading opposition figure, Kizza Besigye is before a Kisangati court on charges of disobeying lawful order. His party the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) have been tweeting some updates from the court sitting.
One picture that stands out is a fully armed police personnel outside the court but the FDC ironically said whiles the court session was of comic value, the police presence outside was no joke.
‘‘While it is a free comedy session inside Kasangati court. It is no laughing matter outside for this simple case,’‘ FDC’s official account tweeted.
